1. How to place order?
1). First find out the goods you want to order on our website, (if they are not in our website, you can E-mail us the pictures of the paintings which you want to order) and note clearly the size, quantity and the quality or grade to each picture or draft . We will quote a detail price to you as soon as possible.
2). Once the order is made, you should pay a deposit of 50% in advance.
3). As soon as we receive your pictures and 50% deposit , we will arrange the painter to paint for you. We will finish your order and post to you within one to three weeks depends on the quantity you ordered.
2.How to make the payment?
Generally you can remit by telegram and Western Union . If you have a better suggestion, we also can accept your means of payment,. Once the order is confirm by you , you should pay 50% deposit beforehand. We will deliver you the goods immediately after we have received the rest payment or the copy of the remittance .
3. Inspection:
We can take the photos of the products by the digital camera after we have finished and E-mail you for inspection. We will make the delivery after you have make the approval.
4. How are the products shipped?
The means of transportation will be determined by the quantity you order. If there is only a small order, we can deliver by DHL, TNT,EMS etc. If there is a great amount, we can consider delivering by sea or by air.
5. Guarantee of refund
1) please inform us by E-mail or other ways immediately as you receive the goods.
2) If you find that the goods you receive have been damaged, please do not accept the goods and inform us immediately by E-mail. We will contact the shipping company as soon as possible and give you a satisfying solution.
3) If you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, we will guarantee of the refund. But you should responsible for all the post fees.
