1) Minimum Order
Minimum order is $800 or 30 pieces paintings each design , no exceptions! Any order will be declined below $800. There is 10% discount for order over $1500 and 15% discount for order over $2500. All discount applies to painting order only.
2) Placing Orders
a. Feel free to order online and choose from over thousands painted pictures, we will paint whatever you want, the artwork only takes about 15 days depends on the quantity and size you order.
b. Any order from our inventory has addtional 8% discount. (Order by subjects and sizes only. Can't order by specific painting numbers or size.)
3) Shipping
a. Wholesale orders are shipped by TNT, AAE Express/DHL etc.
b. All items are professionally packaged and you are responsible to insure for their full value.
c. Order from our inventory will be shipped within 24-48 hours after an order has been received, each order will carry an e-mail conformation and details about transit time..
d. The shipping costs online are for paintings only, actual shipping cost for Frames, Stretcher Bars and Stretching Service will be quoted offline and will be shipped from our warehouse by Fedex ground.
4) Availability
a. We provide huge selection to satisfy our customers. You may order the paintings in stock, or we could arrange the artists for the artwork, which usually takes about 15 days depends on the quantity and size.
b. Order from our inventory takes addtional 8 % discount (Mentioned 10% discount above will not applied for order over $1500.00) and restocking fee is waived for return or exchange, which means if you order over $2000.00 from our inventory, there will be 23% discount. (And discount only applies to painting order.)
c. Frames, Stretcher Bars and Stretching Service are available for wholesale member. (Available to approved wholesale member log-in. Need to be ordered by phone, fax, or in store, and actual shipping cost will be quoted depends on quantity and size.)
5) Quality
a. The artworks on the web site are samples only. each artist has own style therefore we can't guarantee the paintings as the same because paintings are hand painted. However, we will arrange different levels of the experienced artists according to the quality and price.
b. All paintings are high-medium to high quality, except Standard Collection is regular quality. If you wish to order in top quality, please let us know.
c. All the paintings are 100% hand paint on canvas.
6) Return & Exchange Policy
a. we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for every painting we sell to our customers. Items can be returned in 3 days in original condition.
b. Refund will be processed within 30 days from the purchase date of full price and minus shipping cost and restocking fee. Restocking fee is 15% of full price.
c. You are fully responsible for the cost of shipping and the packing in original condition, therefore, insure all items.
d. No exchange or return when stretched.
e. No return for regular quality paintings (Standard Collection) and in-store ordering.
f. All return & exchange request must notified us by e-mail within 3 days of receiving the items.
g. We will make all efforts to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. In any reason you feel dissatisfy, please let us know as soon as possible. Your feed back is very important to us.
h. The exchange credit can not used for the shipping charge of the exchange items.
i.There will be 15% restocking fee for wholsale order for any return and order cancellation if the artwork has begun.
7) Damage
We are not responsible for any damage during the shipping.But as soon as you receive the paintings,pls tell me soon if they have any damage so I will talk with shipping company to deal with it,you also can directly contact to with shipping company in your country.
